En este video les voy a mostrar como preparar unas ricas chalupas poblanas, con todo y sus salsas verde y roja, espero les guste!!
Ingredientes:
Manteca
queso añejo rallado
cebolla picada
tortillas para chalupa o tortilla normal
Carne de pollo deshebrada
Para la salsa verde:
10 tomates verdes
2 jalapeños
1 trozo de cebolla
1 diente de ajo
Para la salsa roja:
2 jitomates
2 tomates
1 puño de chile de árbol
1 trozo de cebolla
1 diente de ajo
Sal necesaria
