● 120g Azúcar moreno o mascabado
● 1 Huevo L
● 120g Miel o melaza (Añadir 1 cucharada hermosa de harina antes de añadir la melaza)
● 400g Harina de trigo común todo uso
● 2cdtas. Jengibre en polvo
● 1cdta. Canela molida
● 1/4cdta. Nuez moscada (OPCIONAL)
● 1 Pizca de sal

► GLASA REAL
● 150g Azúcar glas
● 25ml Agua (probar con 20ml)
● 4g Albúmina
