3/4 CUP OF WATER
1/2 - 2 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH (OPCIONAL)
VEGETABLE OIL ( FOR PAN FRIED)

2 TABLESPOONS LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON JAPANESE RICE VINEGAR
