Recipe Amounts:

Potato filling:
½ kilo of potato
½ kilo of ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste

For the taco shells:
1 kilo of corn tortillas
1 liter of edible oil

For red "pickled" onions:
1 Red Onion
3 limes
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cilantro Cream:
1 small container of sour cream
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ Lemon (juice)
A cilantro fist
Salt and pepper to taste

For the tomatillo sauce:
1 red tomato
4 tomatillos
1 handful of chile de arbol (or to taste)
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Extras:
Queso fresco to decorate
Lettuce to decorate
Avocado if you are a millionaire (expensive stuff)


OUR INGREDIENT COSTS

- 1 Iceberg Lettuce: (.89)
- 1 kilo of potato: ($1.42)
- 1/4 kilo of ground beef: $ 95 / kg ($1.31)
- kilo of tortillas - 30 tortillas: (.89)
- 1 bottle of oil: ($1.31)
- 1 mini bottle of cream 250ml: (.78)
- ¼ kilo of fresh cheese: ($1.05)
- ¼ kilo of tomatillo: (.30)
- 1 tomato (300g) @ $ 27 / kg: (.36)
-1 red onion: (.42)
- 1 cilantro: (.30)
- Chile de Arbol: (.52)
- Lemons: (.26)

Total = $ 9.81 dollars

$ 9.81 ÷ 30 TACOS = 32¢/ Taco
