Ingredients

250 gr of beef
150 gr onion +/-
10 gr ginger
3 g garlic
20 ml dashi
3 ½ tablespoons soybeans
3 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons of sugar
chive
Cooked white rice

Preparation

We removed the nerve from the flesh

Chop the chives
Peel the onion and cut it into julienne
Remove the meat and cut it into very thin slices

Cook about twenty minutes on medium heat
If foam comes out we remove it
In a bowl we put white rice, we put the meat on top and the chives as topping.
