1 carrot
1 bouquet garni
1/2 kg of crushed pear tomato
200 ml white wine
300 ml of chicken broth
300 g of mushrooms
2 slices of mold bread
4 eggs
4 cooked crayfish
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
Pepper
Salt
