25 g of panko (or bread crumbs)
20 g of Parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 beaten egg
Marinara sauce (or fried tomato)
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
For the CREAM OF ZUCCHINI:
3 courgettes
1 medium potato
1/2 chive
Water or broth (until covered)
Greek yogurt
Coriander
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Salt
For FILLED CALABACINES:
2 zucchini
1 can (80 g) of natural tuna
1 boiled egg
3 tablespoons fried tomato
4 stuffed olives
Grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan)
Extra virgin olive oil
