Calabacitas a la mexicana es una receta muy fácil y deliciosa. En estos días en todos los mercados de mi ciudad encuentras las flores y la calabacitas.... y tal vez en todo el pais... y para cuando no hay mucha flor.. podemos sembrar en nuestro jardín o macetitas....
Ingredientes
2 calabacitas tiernas (350 g aprox)
½ cebolla blanca chica
1 chile verde serrano o más al gusto
1 o 2 jitomates
1 manojo flores de calabaza
Aceite vegetal al gusto
Sal de mar al gusto
