120 ml of cold water
45 g or 1/4 of tz. of oil
2 eggs
400 g or 3 tz. wheat flour
180 g or 1.5 tz. wholemeal spelled flour
1 medium onion
poppy seeds, coarse salt
water and oil to brush the pleztel
