Dough

400 g flour
240-260 ml of water
3 cds cornstarch
1 tsp salt

Filling

500 g minced pork
250 g cabbage
2 - 3 clove of garlic
50 g chives
1 tsp ginger
-------------------------------------------------- ------------
Stuffing dressing

1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of hot water to dissolve sugar
2 tbsp soy
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
