Instead of turkey, two stuffed capons. To vary a little the Christmas menu. Christmas is every year, so it can vary.

Instructions:
1 hour in the fridge
Preheated oven at 220ºC
10 minutes
After, 190ºC
Until reaching 70ºC inside
1 hour of rest before serving

Ingredients:
2 capons
Sausage
Lard
Bread
Milk
Chives
Onions
Tomatoes
Carrots
Garlic
Vi ranci (or brandy or cognac)
Orejones
Plums
Dates
Figs
Laurel
Cinnamon
Oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Salt
