Lomo de cerdo con tocino ─ Cocina al Natural

Slice the carrots 1 cm thick. Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Put the sliced carrots, onions and chopped garlic in a baking dish. Add the white wine and sprinkle with the thyme leaves.
Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the pork loin. Cover with the bacon slices and varnish with the agave sweetener
Put the pork loin on top of the vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350째F (175째C) for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, put the loin on top of a baking tray and let brown in the oven for 15 more minutes.
Blend the broth with the vegetables. Slice the pork loin and serve covered with the blended sauce.
